WG Connect — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WG Connect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and HANSEN AI. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. License

HANSEN AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple TV devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Purchase Terms

WG Connect offers an optional one-time purchase called WG Connect Lifetime Access.

• Product name: WG Connect Lifetime Access
• Price: $8.99 USD (one-time purchase). The price in your local currency is shown in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by country and are set by Apple.
• Free tier: All users can test VPN connections for 120 seconds per session at no cost, with no purchase required.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. No recurring charges.
• Family Sharing: This purchase supports Family Sharing. One purchase can be shared with up to five family members.

4. Use of the App

WG Connect is a WireGuard VPN client. It does not provide VPN server infrastructure. You are solely responsible for obtaining your own WireGuard configuration from a VPN provider or self-hosted server.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. Use of VPN services must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HANSEN AI does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the security, reliability, or legality of any third-party VPN service you connect to through the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HANSEN AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by HANSEN AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"WireGuard" is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. WG Connect is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the WireGuard project. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

This App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
